The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is expected to include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 CPU powered by Oryon, has surfaced on Geekbench shortly before the Snapdragon Summit event that is set to take place next month. This is most likely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor for the Galaxy, which features significantly faster CPU and GPU clock speeds.

The S25 Ultra received 3,069 points for single-core tasks and 9,080 points for multi-threaded tasks in the leaked Geekbench 6.3 ranking. Clock speeds and the CPU cluster are further disclosed by Geekbench. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy features 2x Oryon cores clocked at 4.19GHz and 6x Oryon cores clocked at 2.90GHz.

It appears that the test was conducted on a pre-production model. Previously, Digital Chat Station on Weibo disclosed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 in the upcoming OnePlus 13 can boost the frequency up to an unprecedented 4.32GHz. Only the Apple A18 Pro, which runs twice as many performance cores at 4.05GHz, has broken through the 4GHz barrier in a smartphone thus far.
